Our Story
We began our journey in the luxury custom homebuilding world, crafting high-end residences with precision and unsurpassed attention to detail. It was rewarding work, but after twenty-two years, we found ourselves growing disillusioned with the increasing complexity of those projects and the often unrealistic expectations that came with them. We also saw how the luxury market, while valuable in its own right, was making housing opportunities less and less attainable for working-class individuals.
We certainly don’t begrudge the luxury market—it plays an important role in the industry. It simply was no longer where our passion lived.

That shift in perspective led us to start something new. Today, we focus on building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to help address the growing need for attainable rental housing. These small, efficient homes offer flexible living solutions—they can serve as rental units, housing for young adult children starting out, or comfortable, independent spaces for aging parents who want to stay close to family.

By streamlining our process, offering pre-curated options, and standardizing key systems and components, we’re able to increase efficiency, lower costs, and deliver high-quality ADUs faster—without compromising on thoughtful design or livability.
