Discovery & Feasibility
Fill out and submit our online assessment form to discover if an Origin ADU is suitable for your property and if any restrictions will apply. We will conduct a remote assessment of your property, perform a preliminary zoning review and provide you with a feasibility report of our findings.

Explore Origin and decide which environmentally sustainable model best suits your needs. Utilize our Configuration tool to customize your design, finish, & Investment.

DAY 3-14
Final Pricing & Contract Review
Following the formal assessment process we will prepare a preliminary site plan inclusive of our findings. Pricing for site work and utilities specific to your property will be generated and rolled into your already established Origin Model Build Cost. An all in fixed price contract will be provided for your review.
DAY 21-50
Sitework & Utilities
With permits in hand, its time to break ground. Our team will handle everything from the site clearing, excavation & foundations, to utility connections & finish grading, leaving your site clean and ready for our build team to begin assembly.
DAY 60-179
Move In Day
Now that your new Origin ADU has been completed, inspected and professionally cleaned, There is only one thing left for us to do. Hand you the keys to your luxurious & new, environmentally friendly & socially responsible, Accessory Dwelling Unit. Congratulations!

On-Site Assessment & Planning
Now that we know an Origin ADU is right for you, our team will arrange a time to meet at your property to assess dwelling placement, site conditions, utility connections, & any other concerns or considerations you may have.
DAY 14-21
Engineering, Design, & Permitting
Once the Contract has been executed and Deposit has been paid, we will formalize a proper site plan including utilities and updated septic design if required. Architectural Plans will be generated specific to your property and the permitting and approval process will begin.
DAY 50-60
Construction of your Origin ADU
Begin to watch it all come together. Your Origin ADU will be site built. This allows us to provide the best quality construction and maintain our level of customization. Our standardized designs and systems allow for our teams to efficiently move through the build process without hiccups or delays. Ensuring we stay on time and on budget.
DAY 180
